i don't see where your RCA's are going... nor can i tell where they are related to the power cabling.

but once again -- have you checked all your grounds (including head unit)?

also, check this does the buzz stay when you've unplugged the RCA's from the amp?

The buzz is gone if I disconnect the audio connection between the stock HU and the amp

Is there anyway I can move the wires around to eliminate the buzzing?

also is this a proper grouding place?

Dude...what you've circled are you speaker lines out...they should not be going back to the HU

Am i missing something here?

*edit* Did you mean to circle the blue speaker wire or the yellow RCAs?

OK this is making no sense to me...

Lets start from the beginning

1. What equipment do you have in the system? (What don't we see?)
2. Where are all your connections coming from, and going to?
3. Can you take a picture of whatever replaced your converter?

What I see in the last picture is (clockwise from top right)
Ground connection BLK
Remote turn on BLUE
Power RED

Speaker out connections 4 BLUE

Don't know what the black and red twisted together on the left is???

And your piar of yellow RCA's

Where is your input signal coming from?

1.I only have an amp, the speakers and HU are stock.

2.
when I disconnect either the input or output, the buzzing goes away.

3.
the black and red twisted wires are what replaced the converter, the positive of the audio wire is connected to the red, and the black is connected to the ground, there is a plastic head that plugs into the amp.

sorry I don't have a lot of knowledge in audio eletronics.
