Default Speaker problem with seat bolts

Hey All,

I'm having an issue with the sound in my car. This weekend I took out the driver seat to clean and when I bolted the seats back down, I wasn't getting any sound to the speakers. After unbolting the seat again and checking the behind the seat speakers (MY04) the speakers started playing sound again. But here's the kicker, when I torque down the seats, I hear a crackle and the sound goes out again.
I did manage to see sparks where the seat mounts to the chassis. I can also reproduce the spark if I touch my rachet from the bolts to the seat rail. I'm thinking grounding issues. Any ideas?

Thanks!

Oh ya I also tried electrical taping the metal on metal contact between the rails and chassis to no avail.

Ok everyone can ignore this. When I pulled the headrest speakers off yesterday and put then back on, a wire got pinched and exposed the copper beneath. It was touching a metal part on the headrest and causing the problem.
