Default Speaker resistance

i found a set of speakers that run 1/2 ohm per speaker.
is there a way to add 1.5 ohms since my other speakers run at 2 ohms each?
they would be driven by a four channel amp stable to 1.5 ohms.

Ok, the speaker you have there is a Bose speaker from a Mazda that was used until July 1, 1998... so why exactly do you want to install an almost 10 year old speaker that sounded bad when it was brand new, into your S???

There's was an old saying in the car audio industry... "If its Bose it goes"... as in goes in the trash...

I guess I don't understand why you would want to use this?.?.....

Didn't some of those Bose systems have individual amps at each speaker location?

I agree with John.....why?

Some did, some didn't. The Nissan Maxima's from the 1990's that had the Bose systems had amps at each speaker. I don't think these did though. I think it had a seperate amp for them.
