Speaker resistance

yes, i know all about the bose jokes.
my front stage is fine.
i'll be using these as rear speakers for more mid-bass, bass frequencies.
they're pretty shallow ~1-1.5" and i was thinking of putting them in the rear panels. the head unit as well as my amp has a crossover so i'm looking at a bandpass configuration.

so any answers to question of adding resistance?

You'll have to go to radio slack and pick up some gear to solder together to make sure your putting the right resistance and ohm setup... but you really shouldn't be using these things, for what your trying to do. I still don't understand why you would, being rear speakers or not...
