Speaker Upgrade
So, I just purchased Pioneer DEH-X9500BHS and am looking for a set of speakers to match the new head unit. According to Pioneer, the speaker must have impedance value between 4 and 8 ohms and over 50 watts of output value. After a few hours of reading, I was considering Polk Audio MM6501UM but I read some negative comments on their build quality. Now I am stuck. Could you guys recommend me a set of speakers under budget limit of 300 bucks? I am fairly new to this kind of stuff. I do not have an amp if that matters and I am willing to get one if necessary. I need two door speakers (6 and 1/2") and two tweeters. And speakers that need no or minimal modification to install. Thanks in advance!
Check out Crutchfield.com to see what you can find compatible with the S.
More than likely you will be able to use just about anything for speakers. I recommend:
