swappin a my ecu for a jdm?

hi guysjust wonderin if i swap my ecu(immobiliser) for a jdm spec one will it work in my car as im trying to get rid of the immobiliser in my car thanks

well im building the car for time attack here in and for some reason we arent allowed have the immobiliser working in the car not sure why that rule is here also when we where strippin the car we damaged the receiver for the chip key
