Default T A L L Guys....Can you hear the Lucid Rears still?

I am 6'1" and tend to put the seat as far back as possible, smack against the spot where they go. Any other options on hand?

Yup you can get the S-Pods for the roll bar. Those will suit you nicely.

Is that like the ones that come in the 04s? Are they like 1.5" speakers though?

The stock 04 ones aren't that great. Check out that thread I linked for you.

I would save your money for some dynamat or something to decrease the decibels in the car. I am 6' 2" and have a hard time hearing the lucid rear speakers (besides the coaxial Polks that came with them are WEAK!).

Just my .02 cents.

Well in your case its going to be way harder to get the rear (behind the seat speakers) to image right either. I myself have rear speakers in the panels, however I have the seat off of them because of the way I have my seat setup. In your case I think you'll have better results with these than regular rear setup. You can adjust the timing (with the right headuinit) to compensate for the speakers being so close. If guys here run them mono to keep them from getting to loud and to help balance out their systems.

Dynamat will only do so much in a convertible car with the top down. I have in my car in a few places but mostly in the trunk.

What are they running off of? HU or an Amp?

This Amp:

Another question I have:

I have an apointment tomorrow to have a 12" Alpine Type-R put in my trunk. They told me to let them know before hand if I want my whole trunk dynomated. Do you think this is nessasary? I have never heard a system in an S to know how bad the rattles can be.
