Hello,

I was thinking of installing a aftermarket subwoofer. Ok so.. I have no clue as to the best way to go.. I looked up Lucid's sight, found a enclosure and subwoofer installed (polk one)... I assume that ANY subwoofer I will need an amplifier? So.. I plan to get an amplifier also.. which one?

Now, I have no idea how car audio works. You guys think its best for me to bring it to an car audio shop and have them customize and install the subwoofer&amp for me? Or should I purchase Lucid's polk subwoofer? Much of a challenge installing?

I plan on getting a 3-way Kenwood rear and door speaker. Should I or should I not ungrade the head unit? The stock works fine for me.

Also, anyone know which location the OEM CD changer is installed? Pictures if possible?

Thanks in Advance!

Unless a sub has a built in amp you will need an amp. Something like that would best be suited to someone whos done them before.

Door speakers and rear speaker systems are a cakewalk to install. No guess work in these. Newbies to car audio have installed these without a problem.
