Trouble contacting darkknight1999
In March, I bought an amplifier from John. When I got the amplifier, for some reason it blew (not user error, the sub was running 2 ohms and not 4, the wrong sub was sent..), and I had to return it to John. This was July 27th. Since then, I've been trying to call John over and over again, leaving him multiple voicemails and sending him plenty of emails but not a single one has been responded to. He has my amp and said he would have a brand new one out to me soon but I haven't been lucky yet. It's been over a month and no word.
John, I would like to either my money returned to me or a new amp. You could at least email me once telling me if you don't have any other amps in stock yet. You even said you'd have no problem with the return process.
Has anyone else had trouble lately getting a hold of him?

I'm here. 
I had to move from our "new" shop location back to my house because the landlord was not doing what he said he would, and product was distroyed (not your amp though
) Your amp has been shipped back and I'm just waiting for the new one to arrive. This is my fault,... no one to blame but me.
I haven't been getting any voicemail's from you though... your calling my cell right? 508-450-1555?
I always enjoyed talking to you. I haven't received any emails though... and I checked and its not full. I know you and I have sent plenty of emails back and forth so I'm not sure why I havn't received them.
Once I get the new amp... I hope the end of this week, it will ship directly back to you. I'll even see if they can drop ship it to you to save a few days, I'll use my UPS account to speed up the shipping.

Thanks for responding John. I tried to call twice today and I left a voicemail about a week back. If I'm jumping the gun here and it's not your fault for not answering the phone (which from what it sounds like it's not) then I'm sorry for making this thread.

Not a problem dude, really I'm glad you did. Its fine. Can you try and send another email tonight or tomorrow and post here when you do? I just want to see if there something wrong with my mail box... I don't think so but if there is I need to get that taken care of asap.
I saw I got a call from a 727 number I think anyway but I was trying to paint my 'new' garage here, trying get it to be a workable space, now that I was forced to move the shop again... I hate moving...
Part of the delay getting you the replacement amp was me, my fault, now I'm just waiting for the replacement... mostly out of my hands... all I can do is complain about the time frame now...
