Is anyone else having problems currently?

I have emailed and left a voice message but have not had a reply in several days.
I'm trying to check the status of my order placed over 2 weeks ago.............

Here's my 2 cents:

I've been using PMs (not e-mail) to Lucid regularly this past week with
no problems.

I ordered a DCI on Monday and it's only Thursday now so I can't
say whether there will be a delay or not.

However, the PM coordination has been very good.

They sent me an email with the tracking number yesterday.
