i ordered the modifry DCi i even wrote on the comments for buyer send tracking info please.
i called him left message.
Has anyone else brought this from him and if so how long did it take?
its been like3 days so far without a response.

 

It varies. The rate of sales is ahead of rate of manufacture. So that means they are hard to keep instock. Mine took about 1 week from order to delivery. Give it some time.

Also, there should be an e-mail address on your e-mail invoice. Try e-mailing that. I am sure JP will get back to you quickly.

 

The best way to check status of an order is to send an email to support @ gofastlab.com. Please include your order ID# so that we can look it up.

Modifry's DCI typically ships within 24 hours of purchase unless there's a shortage (not currently the case) or you bought on a Friday. When the item ships we update your online order with the Delivery Confirmation # and you get an automated email from the store with that information. If you aren't getting emails from us then please make sure that your bulk mail filters are set to allow email from @gofastlab.com addresses.
