Trunk/Deadening Question
Hi
Soon i'm going to deaden my trunk and doors. Just wonder in anyone has any pictures of their install. I've seen the other ones on this forum just wondering if there are any clearer pictures.
Also I was wondering has anyone else tried to finish thier trunk lid except for darknight?.. I was just wondering how it's done and what actually goes into it. Sure the sound deadening looks nice however I would like to be not so "bling"

I did mine. Sorry, no pics.
Mine was not an "all over" treatment. Rather, I made templates of continuous areas (so as not to cover any gaps, holes, joints or fasteners). Then I cut sound deadener to shape and applied to these areas. The result has a kind of "patchwork" appearance. Don't know yet how effective it will be.
