Ebay I found a guy selling brand a brand new unit, theres this other seller on ebay selling refurbished units but his asking price is too much for what its worth, I contacted him couple of times for a possible lower price but no response.

eh i want to avoid putting the subs in the trunk thats the wholeee thing ..
Easiest is a single sub in a box that fills the tool well in the bottom of the trunk. I have a 10" JL in mine.

Like the man said, he doesn't want to lose the trunk space. I agree with him. Luggage space is at a premium in this car. Personally, I use the tool well for additional luggage space by wrapping up the tools and putting them inside the spare. That still gives me room inside the spare for some odd items like rain coats, etc. Touring in this car with two people is a riot. It IS doable, though.

Of course a sub under the seat does take up some valuable room for shoes and ball caps.

They make some bass shakers that fit under there. I got one under each seat. I don't believe you can fit a full sub or even the slim subs.
i love my bass shakers. i have mine in the map pockets behind the seats.

You could remove the spare tire and throw a small sub/box in that area.
