Vented my top tray
I was going to cut a big hole and place some nice mesh on top but I got lazy. I actually like how this turned out better. It looks almost factory to me anyway.
I'm surprised how much more bass there is in the cabin now, oh, and no more rattles.
It took about an hour total to remove, drill, and replace.

I just removed mine since I couldn't stand all the rattles. Does this eliminate the rattles since it allows the bass to go through it I guess?
I might have to throw one back in there to remove some of the drone and road noise I get now.

It doesnt rattle at all now. I was going to just remove the whole tray also but I didnt like how you could see my amps and factory sound deadener.
I like the sub in the tray but I wouldnt want to drop the top onto a speaker. I have 2 6x9s I plan to place under the vents eventually.

I like my tray better.
Lol, anyways, nice work man. Looks pretty clean and if it adds more bass, that is definitely a huge plus too. Good job.
