If your amp won't turn off then it would definitely drain your battery. Have your battery tested cause maybe it's going bad.

I already unhooked it so it won't drain my battery overnight. I only drive my S on the weekends that's why. Seems like if I leave it on for 8 hrs it's fine. But if I didn't drive it for 2 days then i will have to jump it =/

To find out if it is the amp or not, reconnect your battery. Make sure your radio is off. If you amp is on, then disconnect the remote from the amp. If it turns off then your remote is live, if it doesn't then its the amp. I'm leaning torwards the remote wiring being live.

Did exactly what you suggested and ZING it's the remote wire that is live. So is it that my wiring behind the headunit is wrong ? I might have spliced a wrong wire ? Thanks

Either you used the wrong wire from the headunit as the remote, or the headunit is sending a positive remote signal all the time (indicating a bad head unit).

the wire you need is Blue with a white line not white with a blue line
i could be wrong as i dont see a blue with a white line

im not audio guy but i know a little bit and i think someone should confirm this but you might be able to just wire the solid blue to a red wire which is for ignition. which will only have power when key is on

If that's a picture of the connector on the car's harness, then the
white/blue wire you spliced is actually the constant +12v wire for
the headunit memory, not the remote turn-on, which would also
explain why your amp is always on.
The stock Honda radio has only a power antenna turn-on, which is
yellow/green in the car's harness. However, the Alpine almost
certainly has two separate wires for amp turn-on and power antenna,
and I would imagine that Modifry's PnP harness has both of those
wires, with the amp turn-on wire, probably blue with a white strip,
hanging loose waiting to be connected to an amp.
