Default What the Hell is up with Lucid!?

Okay so all my new alpine gear is collecting dust waiting to be installed because I've been waiting on Lucid for now more than 3 weeks! My original order which consisted of nothing more than baffles, adapters, depth kit, and wiring harness (not the DCI because I knew that was a problem getting anyhow) was promised to me over 2 weeks ago. I finally get a call from the lady who apparently runs Lucid apologizing for the delay and that she was going to overnight the order immediately free of charge. That was last Tuesday and I have still have not seen a package. Now Lucid is not returning my phone calls or e-mails. This blows Lucid, I'd love to teach you all some business and customer service ethics.

I had problems with my order too - simple speaker install kits - and when I got them they didn't fit.

I never got to speak to anyone, never got reponses to my emails, never saw a word posted in response to my online comments.

I think Lucid just doesn't care.

Does anyone else make rear speakers for the 00-01 S2K? I want 'em but am concerned about Lucid's rep for customer service.

You can cut the holes yourself, or go with the S-pods.
(My Lucid experience was both very good and pretty bad.)
