I'm looking for any opinions and previous experience with different makes and model amps and which are good and which aren't. I'm planning to run 2 amps. For sub i pretty sure I will be running a 10W6V2 JL Audio. Speakers i am not too terribly sure what i will run, need to listen to a few more, but really like the sound and quality of the Boston Pro60s or the Diamond Audios. Amps are the only area i'm not totally sure on where to go. I would like to run the same brand for both amps, but i am still trying to figure out what to go with. Would run 1 amp if there was a feasible option. I have been looking at the JL Audio, Diamond Audio and more recently the Alphasoniks. If anyone had any has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm really loving Soundstream right now and wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of the Van Goghs or Tarantulas. I have a TR 700/2 for my subs. Try discountjungle.net for good prices. My speaker amp is PPI but their new stuff is garbage and should be avoided at all costs

 

the JL 300.4 is a pretty hot amp for highs in my opinion

Personally, I would just get a 4 channel and bridge the rear 2 channels for the subwoofer. Some fellow ran a JL 500.5 for his highs and his jl10w6v2.
