I just bought an s2000 that has a fancy aftermarket stereo. The car is noisy and I'm half-deaf, so I don't appreciate the system. I just want my dashboard controls to work and wouldn't mind shedding a few pounds of weight in the process. Here are the components:

Rockford Fosgate RFX-9220G head unit

Memphis Car Audio 16-MCA3004 4x75 amp, mounted in tool well under custom carpeted cover (looks factory)

MBQuart component speakers in the doors (unknown part number)

Lots of bright-colored heavy-gauge cables

What would these items sell for? Should I post them here as a set or just ebay them separately?

My factory head unit is 2002. Is it worth upgrading to a later-model head unit or are they pretty similar?

Headunit.....about $150 (if in mint condition)
Amp.....about $100-$150

Speakers....anywhere from 30 bucks to 300. I need to know the model number. This is what these items are worth if you tried to sell them, this is NOT their new price.
Cables arent worth anything (10 bucks for them all)
