What's up with Lucid
order parts and leave message cause I have a question. get a call the next day from an employee saying we're not sure if we have the parts but we'll call you back tonight or tomorrow. I don't get a call back the next night or the next day or for a week to be exact. i then email them cancelling part of my order and don't get a response back, and I still don't have the stuff I ordered 2 weeks ago? I know the guy is prolly cool and all but what the f**k?
Can Lucid respond... all I wanted was the speaker spacer kit to install my stuff LAST weekend ( I ordered monday of that week)! it's going on 3 weeks later and nothing, nada.. not a phone or email response. Now i'm sitting here with all this stereo sh*t that I planned on installing a while ago because of a few miscellaneous parts.
