I ordered a 4AWG amp kit, 2 battery terminals, and a 2nd RCA cable from outfitterclearance.com. $35 shipped. I was pretty skeptical but my order shipped quickly and everything arrived no problems.

UD.
That's good to know! Everybody wanted $90 locally for an 8AWG amp kit when I was looking.

I said screw that, went and bought a length of 4AWG automotive wire, Stinger RCAs, and a spool of decent speaker wire all for less than $40 and was happy.

Don't gouge me for crap like wiring when it costs almost nothing to produce. I'll pay the big markups on the important components of the system.

When I was at BestBuy, one of the kids working there walked up and checked the price on the 8AWG kit and when he saw it was $90, he went "WOAH, I didn't even realize it was this expensive. I just bought it for myself last weekend at employee pricing of $24.

That's BS.

Looks like all the cables there are discontinued inventory. The 4AWG kit is a lightning audio and it comes with power, ground, 1 rca, amp power on cable, fuse, and 40' of 16awg speaker wire. $14 + shipping. Checked the lightning audio site and that part number is discontinued with a SRP of $99.99

ok people time for small education lesson.... Power wire - it is important to get 100% oxygen free coper wire. If you do not have this , such as aluminum like kickers wire (why do you think it's so flexable) it will have a 60amp or whatever size fuse on it, but it will not transfer energy the same... such as your cheaper junk wires out there. In order for a kicker 4 gauge kit to put out the correct power, you'd need 3 of those kits, compared to 1 4 gauge kit from someone like stinger. Then there are scams out there such as a 4 gauge wiring with the same amount of wires inside the sheilding as a 8 gauge wire... looks good from the outside, but doens't have nearly enough strands. This is why I recommend HIIIGHHHLLY from staying away from cheap wiring.

I said no to cheap wires!!! U should too. I figured I should just get the best of the best. I got a discount of about %25 so it was not to bad and I will have some extra monster cable to sell afterwards. I got some of the monster things for about the same price as some of the knuconceptz wires, my RCA's were cheaprer than the knu.

I can tell you honestly that the average margin on wiring (even reallly really high end) is about 60-75%

yeah I knew that but if someone will only give me 25% than I'll take it over nothing. I would get monster at BB for 1/2 off when my friend worked there.
