So I really like the Matergrade faring for handling the LCD mounting on the dash. Only one problem ... it was specifically made for a Pioneer 6.5" LCD. It won't handle other LCD's. The one I am considering getting is a 7" touch screen that I can get for almost the same price as the Pioneer.

So here's the question ... where can I get a custom made pod/faring, similar to the Mastergrade.net one, that will either be made for my LCD? The other option, is there someone willing to make something similar to the Mastergrade one, but in a little bigger with a blank of plate so different LCD's can be fitted into it. Personally, I think there would be a large enough market for such an item that it would be worth producing in quantity to bring the cost down.

I just need to know who might be willing to take on such a task ... someone good with fiberglass.

 

Mine was done right outside Philly. We looked into making a mold, etc. But the costs could not be justified. So its a one off (or a two off) Another S owner who saw mine went to my guy to have it done as well.
