I sent mine to a guy needing one for a 2004 lease return and he says it doesn't work, a connection with the dash controls is what he said is the problem.
Can someone confirm that it will or will not work, trying to make sure he isn't doing something wrong on his end before he sends it back.

The guy says that the male plug in the dash is different size than the female socket on the head unit???

 

He tried it again and it works, he just didn't have the volume up high enough, the extra harness he's talking about must be the pre-wire for a factory changer. All is well.
