After thinking about this statement, I realized that it was a mistake. Once I got the tune dialed in, I was able to complete readiness very easily with my S2000, but I have a climate controlled garage. It would probably be harder to get them to complete if the car started out at different temps.

It took me 3 tries after getting the right calibration to get the Evap monitor to set, this was letting the car sit overnight, warming up to 4 bars (on an AP2) then driving 5 miles in stop-go city, then 20 miles highway (5th gear, average speed 55mph) then another 5 minutes city traffic back home. The Catalyst monitoring still has not set, but I'm unusure if my OEM cat pipe is marginal (no check engine lights, but the car has 80k+ miles).

Anyhow, hopefully my experience helps some others with their issues. I will say that verifying that you have a good tune with the correct parameters makes all the difference. Thanks again to Greg and the others who helped troubleshoot the issue.

I never could get mine to clear. Wadzii put a 1,000 miles on my car without getting them to work. Supposedly did all of the above and more, change O2 sensors, put cheaters in, nothing. Ended up selling the Hondata and bought a Ktuner. Car is running fine now so I cannot complain.

What?!?! Please clarify if that's actually what he said. We've exchanged a few PMs, and had 1 phone conversation, but those conversations were about the K series (iVTEC).

Do you have any datalogs or calibrations you can send? I know you've already sold it, but it would still be interesting to see

Btw, I ran into an issue with a European client (F20C) that was due to excessive cooling mods. The ECT was always below 165F, so the car didn't really target stoich. I suspect that this could prevent readiness too.

Bumping this. Can't get my Evap or cat to complete

Following the instruction in the previous posts but the monitors aren't liking my procedures

Evap set, last monitor is the catalyst monitor

Ended up reverting back to stock Honda ecu map. Catalytic monitor didn't end up setting, got the factory ecu map to get the cat readiness to set in 10 minutes

Looks like either I couldn't do it on my tune, or there is a setting on the flashpro, on firmware 2.3.5, that is preventing the catalytic monitor from setting
