Did you try flashing your car with a stock rom? I see you have VSA disabled, and your radiator fan kicks on at 190 vs. 199F. I'm not sure what else you have changed or whether not reaching a higher temp is causing a problem..?
I have not flash with a stock rom, I was going to switch the J's test pipe out with the OEM cat and try to see if that helps solve the problem, but the thing is the previous owner did not have any issues not sure why it is all happening now

Yeah.. I dont see how putting a stock cat back on will help if theres not even a cel for the cat o2 sensor.
I passed with no problems 1.5 years ago with full turbo ID1000 no cats.. Hondata...

Good news! As of tonight, I was able to set the evap readiness. Still waiting on the cat so I can pass smog.

Notice I said "stock rom." Take a stock rom (or put the existing one back to "stock") minus the secondary o2 sensor. As I pointed out in my previous post, there are things changed that COULD be affecting the readiness codes (from the screenshots he posted). Maybe not, but I figured if they're not setting it beats twiddling your thumbs hoping.

How long did you have to drive before setting the EVAP readiness? did you refill the gas as well? I had a full tank of gas and then ended up removing battery terminal yesterday and I was around half a tank, driving like a grandma with not hitting vtec and boost either on the first drive cycle

Someone suggested to try this out:

To get the CAT readiness to work, I might give it a shot before installing the OEM cat back in

A question for folks, was Flashpro software recently updated? FWIW, my car passed emissions this past April (and I updated to whatever the latest version of Flashpro was then). Was with a cat and nearly stock rom.

I purchased the car earlier this month, and without connecting the flashpro at all to the system once I got the title I went for emissions, and it failed readiness then, so I started researching and hooked up flashpro, downloaded the newest software, and said firmware was old so i updated that too, connected it again said that old maps were loaded using old firmware so I loaded the map again and uploaded to the ECU as of yesterday.

This was all uploaded after the negative battery terminal was removed and reinstalled after 30min, took it for a drive and got those readings and two readiness codes were still not completed so not sure how many more I have to drive but since I have already dated the title I might just have to take it in and submitted it or pay a late fee since we only have 7 days to register the car.

Trying to work around the system and see if I can get the passed emissions today just so I can go ahead and get the tag then focus more on this issue as I will have to get this completed and solved by near year comes rolling around lol

Car came with Challenge exhaust and I changed it to the Tanabe, that was the only changed item from previous owner setup and my setup, not sure that would have caused a problem

Current Setup:
SOS Supercharger, J's Headers, J's Test Pipe, and Tanabe Tour Medallion, ID 1000cc injectors, 4bar map

I completed a 20 mile drive this last time, the car had been sitting for more than 6 hours, fuel was at 70% when I started, temps were in the mid 80's.

This is all being done on the "back to stock", so 100% Honda code. I tried for a month to get readiness to set with a tune and it just would not set EVAP or CAT. Cat I could understand (a poor tune could prevent the correct conditions from happening), but as far as I know, there is nothing a tune could do to prevent EVAP from setting.

Got damn shits pretty annoying smh never knew I would be running into this many issues with the car or I would not have purchased the damn thing lol

So just to make sure you just loaded the stock ROM back to the ECU?

If you loaded stock rom then it's still got hondata code. Unless you unbound the flashpro to the ecu brining back to stock is the only way to be completely honda factory tune. Either way there is an issue and hondata doesn't want to do anything about it, proof is in this quote from Hondata.

"Legally we cannot do the things you are requesting. As it is we'll only help if your vehicle is not subject to federal or state emissions controls (eg out of the country or off road use). I hope you can understand that."

Nice way to say screw you by saying off road use only when the product always did what it was supposed to do prior to something changing at some point in 2014.
