Hello from Greece!!
I have a 2003 Honda S2000 and i have put on it an AEM ems 1052u before a year!!Sudenly i have some problems with my ect volts,and tps volts!!i rec a video for my laptop to show you the "crazy"readings from my car..!!
I always had crazy readings in my ect but never with my tps..
I double checked my wiring connection in an electician and he said it was all clear..
What i must to do..?my car now isnt able to drive,because when i am driving it in town with a little throtle it bogs and i show AFR 16+....

Can you help me with this?

Double check your grounds and all the connectors for corrosion.

With the key on and laptop connected unplug sensors one at a time, if everything goes steady then you have an issue with that sensor.

I double checked all the grounds..!!my mechanic done..!!
I unplug only the tps when the car is on,and its the same...i will do the sane with the iat,ect,and map?

make sure they looked inside all the connectors for corrosion. I have seen that cause all kinds of funny things.

If i try to have new ground wirring from battery to engine,throtle body,gearbox,wiil this help?

probably not, but it cant hurt.

Something is funny with the sensor ground circuit, which is separate from the chassis ground on the engine

An owner in Australia had this problem. The VCC was not stable and needed the ECU repaired to fix. Something to do with a voltage regulator.

Check your car thoroughly to make sure there isnt a wiring/earth issue. Also measure the 5 and 8 volt sensor supplies when the sensors are connected as you will need some load on the supplies.

The problem is that i try another Ems 1052 to my car and the ect volts was the same(crazy)readings...

is the earth on the back of the head bolted on tightly?
