I am in the process of converting my ap1 to a drive by wire ap2 setup with then hondata management.

Just to note cause I had to figure this out myself...for Coil 7/Injector 9 output, you have to go to Tools, then Configure Outputs, select the actual output, select "Enable Pin" then select "Ignore Switch Input" from the drop down menu. This needs to be done for both the Coil 7 and Injector 9 outputs. After you do this, when the key is on, the immobilizer light turns solid green. When the key is shut off, the faint "blinking" noise that runs the battery down will go away.
