Default AEM EMS V2 tuning problem

Hi guys,
I have a problem with my AEM EMS V2.
When I am at WOT (no matter what rpm) and lift my foot fast and completly of the pedal the car goes way too rich for a moment.
How can i solve this?
Made a video of my AFR gauge to show the problem
I hope someone can help me out.

the lower vacuum column on the fuel tables is too high on low throttle and closed throttle if you do a datalog you will be able to see which section you can adjust

I don't think it's a fuel table issue.
This only happens when i remove my foot fast from the pedal. If i romove it slowly everything is fine.
