Default AP1Chief E-Tune Experience

So I've had my S2000 sitting for about 6 months due to tune related issues. Starting issues, idling issues, hot start problems, and the list goes on. As soon as i got in contact with Josh, he was probably more motivated to get my car back on the road than I was... Right away we got to remoting via Teamviewer and started eliminating issues one by one. As he would fix certain issues he would also explain what was causing that issue. Any questions I had he would answer with no problem. Living in different time zones and having a hectic schedule, whenever i had the time to take the car out to remote tune, he would still hop on the computer to help me out even on late nights.

Before we even got started with the tuning process he helped me setup a few things. Got my wideband setup, boost controller and all vacuum lines setup correctly, with his personal experience was able to tell me what wires went to what pins in the ecu for all my sensors. Once we finally got into the tuning he started to notice i was needing a ton of fuel. A lot more than I should have needed with 1700cc injectors on 91. He was certain I was having fuel pressure issues and asked me to check the hose from the pumps to the hanger. Sure enough one of the lines was torn. After getting it replaced and due to having a dual pump setup, he advised to stage the fuel pumps and walked me through how to get that setup. We continued remoting whenever I had the chance and eventually after helping me troubleshoot all of the issues I encountered with my car, we got to doing pulls back to back with nothing but improvements every single time until I was happy with how the car was running (Keyword "I".) The car feels amazing all around now and he will also be helping me switch to E85 soon.

Countless hours is what Josh puts in for your build & tune, and you can't get that when you go to your local tuner for a dyno tune. Not to mention the pulls and driving normal feels a lot better than other tunes I've had experience with. AP1Chief also has very competitive prices for his tunes. I am extremely happy with his tune, customer service, and enthusiasm to help a fellow S2k owner.
