Isn't one of the advantages of a piggy back that you don't need a base map and can just start with zero corrections which will effectively be the same as the OEM tune

Yes it is i hooked it up without adjusting anything and my cars runs fine. I just wanted to see what my throttle% should be and my vtec points. I want to set it to 5k or 4.5k for vtec engangement just wanted to see what other peoples settings were.

What does "I just wanted to see what my throttle % should be" mean?

I think you'll be very happy with 4300-4500RPM VTEC switchover. 4300 actually feels fantastic on NA setup from my experience, as you roll into and over low-cam's highest efficiency you enter VTEC (high-cam) and off it goes. Just feels awesome. I set that for whenever I take my supercharger belt off and want to cruise around NA. Once my supercarger belt is hooked up and I have boost again, 3500RPM is my go to VTEC crossover. Feels just right.
