Beware of the FlashPro when you're away from home!
I made the mistake of reflashing my ECU while I was at a gas station, and was almost stranded there! I hadn't changed the calibration since the last reflash, but I wanted to do a datalog with a freshly flashed ECU (reset) after installing a new header. The reflash wouldn't complete despite several attempts, so the car wouldn't start.
After trying the primary flash, I tried the secondary flash, but it failed too. I then called my wife to bring my laptop, so that I could hopefully fix it. While I was waiting for my [pissed off] wife, I continued trying to flash the ECU with one of the 2 calibrations. Thanksfully, one of them succeeded, and I was finally able to start the car! Unfortunately, my wife was still pissed that she had to spend 15 minutes packing up the baby to bring me the laptop.
What did I learn from this? NEVER reflash your ECU when it would be inconventient to whip out the laptop and screw around with the calibration!

Thanks for the tip gernby, I was going to datalog a 3rd gear pull then flash to the "tuned" calibration while on the road. I'll be sure to take my notebook with me!
Hope your wife gets better soon!
On a side note, for our cars, is the only calibration type that is available the MAP (the MAF option is blanked out and not available on my FP Manager program).

The S2000 does not have a MAF (mass air flow) sensor, so everything is based on the MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor.
My wife will be better when her chemo treatments are over in March. Thanks for the well wishes!

I'm pleased with the header (T1R), but it makes the top of the rev range feel weaker. Since I didn't do a before / after dyno, I'll never know if it really is weaker, or if it just feels that way because the mid-range is stronger. The mid-range is definitely stronger, and it made my VTEC engagement "kick" again. I lowered VTEC from 5300 to 4500 RPM's, and now the transition is completely undetectable. I can't feel or hear it engage.
Lower Vtec!
Unfortunately there is still very little info available on this header. I expected it to make power in the mid-range and I'm glad to hear that it at least feels this way. So you didn't bother trying the Toda Header program included with the Hondata?
