Beware of individual cylinder trims in FlashPro
I've been thoroughly impressed with the tuning features available in the FlashPro. However, I discovered something yesterday that was a bit scary! I have been tweaking my fuel and timing maps for weeks, and had them just about perfect. I also had some individual cylinder trims for ignition, since cylinders 3 and 4 were much more prone to knock than the others. The car was running as close to perfect as I think it ever will.
However, I changed my spark plugs out yesterday from Denso IK24's gapped at .040" to NGK BKR8E-11's gapped at .044". When I went for a test drive, my datalogs showed knock counts on cylinder 1, which I hadn't ever seen before. This prompted me to start fresh on my cylinder trims completely, so I set 3 and 4 back to 0 and set cylinder 1 to -1*, and went for a long, hard drive to see if it knocked anywhere. Thankfully it didn't.
Anyway, the message here is that you really need to start over on indivitual cylinder trims if you change anything.

Not to poach the thread, but Gernby I have a question for you.
I just had my 07 dynoed on a SAE corrected Dynapack. Took just over an hour. The tune was at a different rear gear ratio from the Flash pro numbers that they post: I got 154/222, they got 144/234 @(5.750) http://www.hondata.com/reflash_s2k_toda_header.html (6.415).
Car feels great with just a catback. But it looks from the tuner's other runs that a decent intake helps, what are your thoughts? I know you have tried a bunch there. No problems with maxing out injectors so far. In fact I could have picked up 6-8 hp, but that was when we it running lean.

remember there are lots of variables to consider. like elevation, temp, and every car is not the same, just to name a few things.as far as your tech questions, gernby will have to answer those since i have not yet got my flashpro, or had alot of experiance with fine tuning cars.
