Question BMW AP2 Swap - Won't Start - Fuel problem?

I am in the final stages of turning on my project of almost 10years and I can't get the engine to start. The engine is from an 07 drive by wire system that I converted to and 04-05 drive by cable. I've swapped out the crank sensor plate/cam sensor plate, valve cover, coils and intake.

My problem is as follows:
The Aem Series 2 computer is getting (what I think are) high readings for each injector at cranking. I am not fluent in AEM or any type of tuning, I have self taught myself everything through this build, from paint to tig welding to anything else you can think of.... so I am still a novice. The custom wiring harness was made through wireworx in florida.

My new aem series 2 is NOT sending a fuel pump signal so (for now) i hard wired the fuel pump to the key ( I will call AEM Monday).

I read somewhere that if your injectors are bad or plugged, the computer will try to compensate by trying to keep them open longer. Everything I've seen from tuners on youtube have the injectors open from 2-4 ms at idle. With this reading showing 10, 4, 16, and 22 at cranking. I've attached an image and a short video.

Do you think this problem a result of bad injectors or a bad regulator (I purchased the intake and all sensors used) or maybe the fact that the fuel pump does not "prime" but rather stays on (I can feel the fuel flowing through the exit hose on the regulator) I am using the stock pump from an 07 S2000. I have checked the ohm readings on the injectors and they read okay.

Here is a short video. Maybe someone can see something obvious that I may not be noticing. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

guess you sprayed easy start into TB to check if it would start with fuel. Also is an 07 pump ok to use,as think it has non return not 100% on that but something is different ?? no Vap canister?

I modified the pump/tank to accept a return line (i'll get a photo tomorrow). No vap canister. The harness had both coils and injectors wired backward (they had cylinder 1 near the firewall rather than the radiator) so i fixed those wires on the EMS, now I'm thinking that may be part of the problem too. I'm going to tap the fuel rail for a pressure gauge and order some cheap injectors to see if they read differently.

I'm running the stock ap2 tune that comes with AEM Tuner as well. Thank you for the response!

First and foremost, charge the battery. Voltage is dropping to 7.5 volts while cranking, should stay above 10. And while attempting to start and idle, keep it at a low amp charge with a fully charged battery while doing any tuning adjustments so you have less things to worry about initially.

I’ve seen it not sync with voltage below 8Volts but you seem to be syncing.

I agree that higher voltage is needed as AEM Infinity is way more picky it seems than the OEM ECU that fires right up.

With all that being said I’m not so sure that’s your problem if you are syncing.

Try to reduce trigger filtration by 1/2 on your 0-500RPM field. That’s how I got my AEM to sync and start in 0F weather. I daily it so that was an ordeal until I figured that filtration was causing cold cold starting issues.
