No and no. You're both looking at the wrong value.
OP,
Add "AF Corr." to your graph, and post the screenshot. We can't tell you if the AFR is ok just by looking at two RPM's. Do not use the "AF" value when tuning in Flashpro, as it always show rich at WOT. Use the AF Corr. value when tuning WOT.
With that said, your afr looks ok at both of the highlighted points. First image, you're at 12.72:1 and second image, you're at 12.62:1. You're not going to run into any trouble there.

For the love of god, do NOT run the Toda map unless you have Toda headers.

I have an 06 with a TP that I've tuned conservatively (flat 13.1 AFR, mild timing increase for high cam, and lowered VTEC to 3800). You can flash that map till you get it tuned professionally if you want. Let me know and I'll post the file.
