Default Decent but, cheap laptop to run flashpro?

I want a new laptop before I pick up a flashpro. I plan on getting something cheap but, effective. The only uses for it will be flashpro and the internet. I need something small as well, 15" screen or under. Any recommendations?

FYI, I played with my calibration from a Toshiba NB250 10" screen netbook with an Atom Celeron processor, Windows 7 starter edition, that is basically the lowest processing power at the moment, so find a good deal/quality laptop and you'll be fine.
