Default Does aem require a retune for cold weather?

I'm having fire up issues. Aem/tune is 3 months old was tuned in 1 of the last days of summer. Car fires up fine first time. But if I go to the store and turn car off the car will not start back up till car is cold again.

Start Extra Decay Table (Fuel > Advanced Fuel > Fuel Trims > Start Extra Decay Table

for coolant temp vs S I have

158 = 13.35
176 = 13.35
194 = 13.09
212 = 10.73
230 = 6.02
248 = 0

And the other table is Start Extra vs Temp table

I have these at

158 = 20.51%
176 = 19.53%
194 = 14.65%
212 = 9.77%
230 = 8.79%
248 = 6.84%

This fixed my hot start and lean upon hot start issues (idling in the 16s if o2 FB was turned off)

Hope this helps
