I purchased the race version of flash pro, I installed the tune they provide and the car runs great. I just passed Missouri State emissions without going back to stock...Pete
You will not pass in California - must have stock tune. They hook up to your OBDII port and check for that. There is no getting around it, unless you find one of those "shops" that you pay to look the other way.
Curious what tune you're using. Did it alter VTEC engagement?

This was copied from Flashpro Manager "US/Canada S2000 2006+, stock equivalent" is the tune I installed. The vtec is lowered to 5500 and the rev limiter is raised to 8400 and the car runs great.
The tech hooked to the obdii port and did a safety inspection, 36000 miles 06...Pete
Got 06 with Comptech SC and 1000cc injectors FlashPro tune to run the bigger injector unable to get CAT monitor to complete.
I have driven the car about 250 miles
No CEL
OEM CAT
Multiple Drive Cycles
Still cannot get CAT Monitor to complete.
I cannot remove the tune due to the bigger injectors and the car won't run without the tune.
Also, I missed placed the OEM injectors
You need to be speaking with your tuner on this. CAT shouldn't be failing I wouldn't think unless your tune is off. Assuming you have a working CAT. Does not matter size of injectors. But again don't listen to us, listen to your tuner. Speaking of make sure your have one local you can talk too.
Update for anyone that has SC with Hondadata running on it. you will need to remove the Tune to get it to pass all I/M Monitors. Even though the tune had all monitors enabled for whatever reason would not allow the CAT to complete.
Removed 1000CC Injectors
Installed Oem Injectors
Removed Tune and unlocked ECU
Didn't go past 4500 RPM
Drove about 15 miles and the All I/M monitor successfully passed
Off to get it smogged

This is a known, or I hope it's known, Flashpro problem. I don't know what causes it (I assume it was a change pushed through with an update) but the cat monitor won't reset if the car is running a tune. To get the monitor to reset you have to revert to the stock tune and unpair the Flashpro from your ECU. Monitors will complete with no issue at that point. It's really annoying.

Did you have to unpair the Flashpro from your ECU or just revert the stock tune?
How were you guys able to set catalytic ready? I reverted back to stock catalytic converter (only 30k miles on it). I have reverted to stock + unlocked flash pro from the vehicle. Driven over 300 miles, still no luck. Got the evap to pass, but still couldn't get catalytic readiness to pass. Seriously frustrating.
Billman has given instructions for how to get all readiness monitors to trigger ready (on stock ecu). Specific sequence of drive cycles and miles. Will very quickly get you there, ready for testing.
The key is make sure the Hondata is no longer locked to the S2k ECU
Removed 1000CC Injectors Installed Oem Injectors Removed Tune and unlocked ECU
Remove Air Fuel Gauge connection to the Cat
Replaced with new O2 sensor
Did not go base 4500 RPM and drove for about 20 miles.
Drive Cycle Fastest way: Start the car cold in the morning, drive around local 5 minutes, shut it off (this will complete a "trip"). Start it back up, take it on the highway and set the cruise at 60 for 3 minutes (this will complete a second "trip", and make two-trip monitors "ready" like the air pump monitor).
Example: if you start the car cold, and drive it 10,000 miles without shutting it off, the two-trip monitors will never run and you will fail inspection It's all about parameters...not miles.
