The key is make sure the Hondata is no longer locked to the S2k ECU

Removed 1000CC Injectors
Installed Oem Injectors
Removed Tune and unlocked ECU
Remove Air Fuel Gauge connection to the Cat
Replaced with new O2 sensor

Did not go base 4500 RPM and drove for about 20 miles.

Drive Cycle Fastest way:
Start the car cold in the morning, drive around local 5 minutes, shut it off (this will complete a "trip").
Start it back up, take it on the highway and set the cruise at 60 for 3 minutes (this will complete a second "trip", and make two-trip monitors "ready" like the air pump monitor).

Example: if you start the car cold, and drive it 10,000 miles without shutting it off, the two-trip monitors will never run and you will fail inspection It's all about parameters...not miles.

Don't rev past 4500rpm? That's an interesting one. I saw a few posts saying to drive 50-60mph at 5th gear, which honestly is really hard to do in Los Angeles.

How long did you have to drive it for mileage wise?

I've personally have checked and performed all of the following things and still none of the monitors except heated catalyst are ready:

- Checked the 7.5 amp back-up fuse (It was missing for some weird reason but I installed a new one and the ECU registers the number of turn key events). Thought this was it, but no.
- Completed the drive cycles according to the service manual and owners manual. Still nothing
- Checked, all the sensors, and all are performing to normal parameters according to the service manual
- Searched for answers both here and on the web, but nothing is popping up that resembles my case

I'm wondering why it's doing this now, and if I should be looking at other things. Like ECU replacement... for example.

Background on the vehicle:

06 s2000, completely stock. Spent months at a Honda bodyshop restoring the exterior to showroom car goodness and now for some reason the car will not complete drive cycles.
-Prior to this, when I lived in CT I did ran the car with bolt-ons and a flashpro OTS tune. But when I relocated to NC, I put the car back to stock and it has passed emissions in this state for the last 2 years no problem.
