Can the Flashpro disable the TPMS for those that don't have TPMS compatible wheels?

You can do much more than change the VTEC point - look at the FlashPro help file http://www.hondata.com/help/flashpro/features.htm for the features.

Deja vu - Civic questions. TPMS is not controlled by the ECU. Has anyone tried the pressurised PVC tube trick for a S2000?

As more responses come in, I'll compile a FAQ. I'll link to your site, too. I appreciate your willingness to answer questions in the meantime!

Is there a list anywhere of the calibrations that come with the FlashPro? The Hondata site says that there are base calibrations for all common intakes, but I'd like to know what intakes those are. Hopefully that would include the PWJDM.

Arrrrgg - not only does the search in this forum not work very well, there is no way to post images inline. Anyhow, this should answer your question:

We talked with PasswordJDM about tuning their intake but it went no futher. Really, the tuning changes from the intakes are fairly small - just compensating for the resonances around 5000 rpm.

From our dyno work we found that the stock intake was very good - on that basis I would recommend doing a dyno comparison from stock to aftermarket with any intake.

Were these calibrations done using 91 octane fuel?

91 octane. Will they get more power from higher octane fuel? Probably a little - it depends how close to MBT we were.

I got my FlashPro last night, and loaded the stock / tuned calibration this morning. It worked just as it was supposed to, and the car drove great! I datalogged for probably 20 minutes through all varieties of driving (slow cruise, hwy cruise, hard accelleration, long idling, etc.), then came back home.

I downloaded the datalog, and found that my corrected AFR's were in the 14's, and I had as much as 5 degrees knock retard. Then I went to the fuel tables, and applied the suggested fuel chages based on lambda, and went for another drive.

When I downloaded the next datalog, I was surprised at how close it was to optimum after just 1 adjustment! However, the knock retard values are still the same throughout the range. Does it take a few driving cycles for the knock retard values to come back down to 0? The knock counts for all cylinders have been 0, so I don't understand why it's retarding the timing for knock at all.

Does the FlashPro reset all the "learned" values for knock, retard, short / long fuel trims, etc. each time you reprogram, or do we need to reset the ECU by pulling the fuse after significant changes?
