BTW, I was surprised the "S2000-US-2-Tuned" calibration was so lean for my car throughout the RPM range. The only mods I have are the Hondata IMG and the PWJDM intake.

gernby: I would verify your o2 sensor with a wideband, but it could be just fuel difference.

This is going to need to be part of the sticky / FAQ:

The way knock control works in the Honda ECU is that the ECU will retard if there is knock or not. If you do not have any knock count, then some knock retard is normal. The ECU has fairly slow acting knock control which will change the knock retard based on the amount of knock - it really is only designed to cover bad fuel.

Each time you reflash the ECU it is reset, which resets the knock control, fuel trims and idle learn.

If the reflash resets the knock control, then wouldn't the knock retard default to 0 throughout the RPM range for at least 1 pass through the RPM range? What I'm seeing is that the very first time I go through the RPM range, it's retarding up to 5* for knock with no knock count.

I have an LM-1 that I can use, but that ain't gonna happen until the weekend (at the earliest). If there is a difference in readings, is there any way for me to adjust the "correction" that the FlashPro is making?

Is the primary O2 sensor in the 06+ S2000 wideband? If so, can the flashpro read/log it?

The primary O2 on the '06+ is wideband, but not a very accurate one. The FlashPro does read and log it, but you don't know if it's really correct.

The ECU will retard even if there is no knock. If the knock control is reset, then it will still retard. You can reduce the knock sensitivity tables, and the amount of knock retard will reduce, but then it won't retard if you do get knock.

BTW, is there a way to have the FlashProManager automatically apply the suggested fuel corrections to the fuel maps? The only way I've found to apply the suggestions is to manually left click on each and every cell, then right-click, select Adjust, then type in the suggested adjustment. It seems like a lot of unnecessary effort when there could be a "Apply all suggested adjustments" button.

Some human intelligence is needed when applying fuel changes - identifying trends etc. Otherwise we've found that users end up with a table that looks like a relief map of the alps, and wonder why their car doesn't run that well.
