FlashPro Manager 3.4.0.0 & Windows 10
I updated to 3.4.0.0 and as usual the Flashpro wants to be updated immediately after plugging into USB. From this point the software goes non-responsive, and will never recover (I waited 9 hours).
I have tried on two computers, on different USB 2 & 3 ports, reinstalled the software multiple times, and reinstalled the USB drivers. I tried contacting support, but so far the best they can offer is to RMA the Flashpro. I doubt this is a hardware issue, as it was working fine before the update, and it worked on the second computer with 3.3.9.0 after the first computer crashed on 3.4.0.0. I mistakenly updated the software on the second computer though, so I currently have no working Flashpro Manager.
I don't think the firmware is updating, since it crashes the software immediately. It should work fine if I can somehow find 3.3.9.0.
Does anyone have any advice on how to get this working again? Support is unwilling to let me download an 3.3.9.0, and I am not wanting to spend $50 to ship it back for something I doubt is an issue.

"FlashPro Manager v3.2.4 Full.exe" (the full install file) sits in my downloads folder on one PC but I have no idea how to get it to you at 380MB.
I don't think there's been anything changed for the S2000 in FlashPro in a couple of years.

Yes, I received the file. Thanks for your help!
Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try it. I decided to give the newest software one final shot with a different USB port, and it crashed in a different manner than before. Now the FlashPro won't respond to any USB connection, where as before it would just disconnect and crash the software.
I'm sending it back to Hondata this week to see if they can fix it.
