FLASHPRO NooB
hey guys/girls, i need you'll help. i just ordered Flashpro and i don't have an idea what to do. lol. i'm going to have it ETUNE by Evans tuning eventually, but i want to mess around with it by myself first.
First: i have the Reflash from hondata for my KW high boost kit, will i be able to datalog the car without affecting the reflash? i want to see AFR's values and other things going on the car.
Second: once i datalog the car could i save it and be able to upload it to the ECU again?
bare with my noobness! lol..thanks

I could type out a good length reply, but it would be easier if you just went through the help file. 90% of your answers are there.
The KW reflash should be a canned tune that comes with the FlashPro software. Start with that.

I agree with spectacle about reading the help documentation. You can download FlashPro Manager any time from Hondata.com
However, the KW calibration doesn't appear to be in the canned calibration list. There just seems to be generic starting calibrations for SC's. On top of that, you CAN NOT save the KW reflash that is on your ECU now. Once you flash a new calibration, it will be gone forever.
The good news is that you CAN use the FlashPro to datalog your current KW calibration to see how it runs. Make sure you datalog the HELL OUT OF IT before you reflash it!

You don't need to have a computer connected to the FlashPro in order to flash a calibration to the ECU. However, you do have to push the "Program" button for more than 1 second while the engine is NOT running in order to flash it. The Datalog button is separate, and just needs to be pressed momentarily.
