Default Flashpro not showing DTC codes

I've had a couple check engine lights pop up and when I go to check the code it doesn't display a number. I've data logged it and no error code shows when I review the data log either. The OBDII thing says that there is in fact a DTC.

What's the deal?

thanks

Been there done that

You can check the Hondata forum and see the blunt answer I got or....

Look at the "Error Codes" window for the code and description. If you have a DTC in the OBDII Diagnostics and nothing in the Error Window then clear the DTC since you will never get it with the FlashPro. You need to record the event and replay it which will show in the error window the second you load the data log onto you laptop/pc.

That's weak. So you need to be recording/datalogging as it happens? What's the usefulness in that?
