Default Haltech PNP install not starting NA 99 AP1

Hi Guys,

Basically I just removed the factory ECU pluged the PNP in and checked the base map.
when I turn the key I hear 4 loud quick clicks (in the space on 1 sec) followed by a escaping air like sound (air pump related maybe???)
when I try to start is it wont turn over and beeps and squeels like when the imoboliser is on.

I removed the haltech and installed the Standard ECU in and the same thing happened I disconnected the battery for 30min and the standard ECU worked and the car started fine.

I disconected the battery this time and removed the factory ECU again to install the Haltech, this time it turned over like 7 times and stopped and started clicking and squeeling again. tryed starting it again and I got the Click and air noise same as first time

Engine has basic N/A mods and nothing extreme the factory ecu cant handle (Headers, HiFlow Cat, twin WS2 exhaust, TB,)

I am about to reinstall the Factory ECU take it for a drive to warm it up(so it doesnt have to worry about cold start variables) then install the haltech unplug the battery for a bit
and hopfully if I can get those 7 turns again it might start while warm. It is off to the Tuners on Tuesday and I just want to make sure the unit at least starts(like everybody elses from what I have read) before it gets to him and dont want to pay money for him just to turn around and say its a bad unit.

any ideas?

Default

All good now,
Warmed it up running the OEM ECU unplugged the battery for a few mins, installed the Haltech uploaded the base map again and it started fine...
letting it cool now to see if it will start again in a few hours (it's winter here so it wont be the same as a first thing in a frosty morning cold start) but it will be as cold as it was when I first tryed and failed.
