High Idle and O2 Sensor CEL
P0135: O2 Sensor Heater Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0141: O2 Sensor Heater Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
Freeze frame information:
------------------
Fuel Status = 0 byte
Engine Load = 27.843 %
Engine Coolant Temperature = 84 °C
Fuel Trim Bank 1 Short Term = 0 %
Fuel Trim Bank 1 Long Term = 0 %
Intake Manifold Pressure = 4.061 psi
Engine RPM = 1,922 rpm
Speed (OBD) = 0 km/h
Intake Air Temperature = 63 °C
Throttle Position(Manifold) = 9.02 %
This is for a 2002 S2000.
I looked up the engine codes on here and saw some other posts and some helpful quotes are:
Will any of this fix a high idle issue or is that 9% idle throttle too high? What could cause the high idle? It sits around 2k RPM at idle which is 9%.
Thanks.

"case closed guys i replaced the distributor cap and rotor and everything is running strong now"
"Got Codes P1298, 0141, 0135 and P1399, thanks to a civic guy, he said check the dash fuses, and found a 15 amp blown fuse, from the cut and now repaired wire, replaced the fuse, and everything works great! no more codes, and all the misfires are gone, it was blue 15 amp fuse, hope this helps, for Civic, accords and other hondas"
"The ELD fuse is blown, most likely from the wiring to the Air pump control solenoid being cut by the drive belt."
"That is the code people get when the put on a test pipe without the O2 bunge adapter I believe. Did you recently put on a TP?"

Chances are the high idle is caused by the ecu being in limp mode. I'd figure out the reason for the codes first then see if the idle corrects itself when the ecu is operating normally again.
