I can barely get it to idle, much less trying to tune it. All I did was follow the instructions on how to change the injector sizes. Hondata, in their help section, specifically says that you don't have to change any of the fuel maps/trim as it will do it for you when you change the injector size. Is that false? I have the ID 1000cc injectors installed. Where do I get the info for dead times and pulse width and such?

Make sure you are not one tooth off on one of the cams. I have seen this cause a S2000 to barely start and run super rich with no error codes.

Is there any reason to think that my cams are out of alignment? This is a bottom-end built low compression motor (sleeved and pistons, not head gasket change). The head was rebuilt at the same time and the motor has ran without problems prior to this KPro switch.

Ok, took valve cover off tonight and checked. All cam gears line up with the crank at TDC as written by Helms manual. Not the problem.

OK, will eternal gratitude to JustinC who helped me this AM. I sent him a data log and quickly assessed that my MAP sensor was reading crazy numbers. He had me trace the wires and lo and behold, I had a cut wire at the ECU from the MAP sensor. Fixed this connection and she runs like a beauty. Thanks everybody for their help. Amazing forum...

so to start/idle on larger injectors, can you just change injector size to whatever injectors you have (1000cc) and then decrease overall fuel trim/cranking fuel trim by the increase in size? (1-360/1000=64%)

You apparently have to enter the correct "dead times" for the injectors you have. Hondata posted a link to a source for a bunch of dead times, but I am not sure if it was on S2KI or Hondata.com.
