7 seconds is too long even with AEM Infinity. Other ECUs offer pre-start delay to build oil pressure. AEM infinity does not offer such feature so there isn’t a tick-box that you might have ticked so... yes tune related it sounds like.

On a cold start sync should not take longer than 3 seconds from my experience. Once synced it shouldn’t take longer than another 2 seconds to fire.
Agree, a datalog is required to help!

I just checked my own cold start data logs and it takes ~2seconds to start (1.2 seconds to get SyncState=1 and then 0.8 seconds to get RPM over 800) but it feels like an eternity when you're sitting there holding the start button down though

I forgot to mention... if you do generate logs for us from a true cold start, remember to let the Wideband sensor warmup, prior to hitting that start button.

The way you know it's ready and warmed up is after 60 seconds or so, the LAMBDA/AFR reading will go from 14.7AFR-ish to almost full lean.

@joes sled 2000 , the long sync/start time or the pump prime?

My pump primes the second the key is turned and I even bumped it to a 3sec prime.

I do not hear any sound or feel anything with my hand on the pump (at least on top of the shelf) when only the key is turned. I do feel is pumping when I hit the start button.

The pump prime . The start sync time is instant . The pump primes only when the key is on start .I've tried lots of different things to remedy this . It really doesn't bother me all that much . Again i run v1 in the s2k and Infinity in the Integra . The v1 is perfect , i just wish it had flex fuel option .

I run EMS v2 and it takes around 3-5 seconds to start from cold, around 3 from warm.
The pump primes when I turn the key as I wait for it to finish priming before I hit the start button.
