No hesitate. But it does like this.
OEM ECU. Ignition - pa pa - start
STANDALONE ECU. Ignition - pa pa pa pa pa - start.
My idle is above stock too. 1000rpm more or less is idle rpm.
Tuner built up. Both VE tables with oem exhaust. Yesterdy installed a decat and only have to mod fuel for the vtec kick in because it was tending +0.3 afr lean.
You can have a dual vtec map too. So when you are cruising you disconnect the vtec.
What am managing to do Is find the way to select rpm vtec kick in lower or higher to play around.
if anyone want to buy a rs232 usb cable ALLWAYS REMEMBER to buy one with FTDI chip on it. This way you can use your phone as a gauge mainly for Knocks & AFR if you track the car.
Just curious as to how the MS3 is working out after a few months. Any issues?
Works great! I've literally had 0 issues and I drive it 7 days a week. It has met all my expectations thus far and with my turbo kit almost complete we will soon see how it handles boost.

Sounds pretty good, I'd definitely be interested in a follow up once you do boost it
So I officially got my ms3 installed last night. Followed the directions pretty straight forward. Took awhile to get the ecu to connect to the software but figured it all out eventually. It came with a basemap. I'm running a log manifold with t3 ball bearing turbo. Id1000s and 255 walboro. Sure enough everything fired up after a few tries. Couldn't be more excited, now to get it to a real tuner and have some fun. Rev was more then helpful and answered any questions I had.
