Default Need help!!!!

Long story short...My TPS wires touched whilst I was correcting their position on the sensor and it caused one if my radiator fans to trigger on. Soooo now there are a couple of things going on. Also, let it be known that I am on AEM EMS v2 for my 05 AP2.

1. Key is turned to ACC/ON and fan turns on and stays on. Cycling turns off but sort of leads to 2nd condition....
2. AEM EMS V2 will initially connect and transfer calibration, but cannot connect to port after above mentioned power is cycled....
3. Tried to run TPS calibration with wizard and it saw 0.0v at close and 0.48v at full throttle...
4. Dash reads that temp is nearly at 3/4 max
5. Car will crank but not starty....

I am really lost and could use sone help trying to figure out what is going on....

TPS sensor is most likely fried, and hopefully you did not fry the ECU.

I am thinking it's the ECU. Tested the OEM and it was at least acting normalish.

Yeah you probably fried something in the AEM ecu, the TPS sensor should be fine.

Sorry man, you learned the lesson of disconnecting the battery when screwing with wiring.

Usually, I am really good at doing that. I just assumed it would be a quick job. But everyone knows about assumptions....
