i wish hondata would give an option to change the closed loop a/f target..
Isn't that what this screen is for? What would you want to change it to, and why?

What would be the reason to limit the min / max STFT range for closed loop? That seems liike it would just prevent the ECU from protecting the engine if something went wrong (clogged injector, bad gas, etc.). Is there a performance benefit to limit them (assuming the fuel table is properly tuned)?
The only reason you would limit the min/max trim is reduce the fluctuation. This applies more to when you chagne injectors/map sensor, etc. The stock settings with the stock wideband should be just fine.

But what I was suggesting is to narrow the min/max trims that way your a/f ratio is more steady when trying to tune the car. That way you are relying more on the O2 sensor readings and not the short term %.

Don't change that table at all. Changing it too much results in the car wanting to run in closed loop at WOT. Just so you know.

THIS makes part throttle tuning on the street easy.

the 2nd fuel map on the first post has a few large gaps. mainly between columns 7 and 8.

i like to aim for stoich from columns 1-6. start richening it out as it gets to column 7-8. try interpolating between breakpoints.

Gosh ... it's been so long since I created this thread, I didn't even realize it was mine! I've gone SO FAR beyond this.
