When using the "Returning ECU to Stock" option in Flashpro, does it delete all the calibrations stored in the Flashpro as well?

I can't see my old calibration in Flashpro anymore. With my luck, I never saved it in my laptop either.

 

It doesn't delete all of the calibrations, but it does delete the Primary calibration. If there was a calibration uploaded to the Secondary spot, it should still be there.
